Being a senior citizen some of my toe nails had thickened and become almost impossible to cut. Over time Andy reduced the density of the nails and consequently the pressure under them. They are now quite easy to trim. To keep my feet in good condition I ask Andy to look at them 2/3 times a year. Andy has been reliable, courteous and effective, and has never attempted to sell me products or services which the condition of my feet does not warrant.
